Zero EMF Near Infrared Sauna

sailplane
Just posting in case anybody may be interested in trying:
https://saunaspace.com/shop/near-infrared-4-light-panel/

I am thinking about it.. they have a 1-bulb one, and they also sell the bulb separately so you can screw it into your own fixture, which would be super cheap!!.. But it won't be zero EMF... although you could stay further away from it.. the bulb is $10!

Some say hardware stores have these infrared bulbs too..

This is really neat. I didn't know it's that easy to shield EMF from these lights. But their products are extremely expensive.

The bulbs look similar to the Philips IR bulbs that most people use. I wonder what the difference is with these and the Philips ones.

I have 3 of the Philips bulbs myself (BR125), but without the faraday cage they produce a field measurable 1-2m from the bulb. I'm assuming it's just the metal grill around the bulb that is preventing (low-frequency) EMF leakage.

yes just the metal cage will drop E fields to zero, .. and yes likely some Philips bulb that they use.
As long as your bulb is near-infrared..

I don't know what they do for M fields and how come there are none, but I never measured a bulb for M fields to see what's there. They say no M field in front, but there is on the sides and behind.

I found more info on near infrared on this site from dr Wilson

http://drlwilson.com/ARTICLES/SAUNA_THERAPY.htm

And here, very cheap saunas with near infrared...

http://www.drlwilson.com/SAUNAS/BUY%20OTHER%20SAUNAS.htm

-------------------------------
Of course, this is a different view on the benefits of near infrared X Far infrared saunas:

https://rockymountainsaunas.com/blogs/infrared-sauna-facts/far-infrared-sauna-vs-near-infrared

-------------------------
I have to say that I own a LED device (that does not heat, because it's LED) for about 10 years, and it uses mostly Near Infrared frequencies. It's called Photonic Energetics 1 (PE1).

In particular, 880 nm is said to be extremely beneficial.

My device that has Near Infrared frequencies (875nm 880nm, 940 nm) and visible infrared LEDs too (655nm, 680nm) is what helped me heal from lyme disease, after years fighting it with all sorts of means.

I can't use it as a sauna, as it does not heat, as I said. Only minimally.

It feels very nice, but I think it does that not exactly due to its wavelength, but mostly due to the 'blinking' frequencies. It blinks in different frequencies, from very slow to fast blinking.

I used these near infrared lamps before, for heating my back or any part of the body...

I'll try to use it again next time I do a foot bath and check how much dirt comes out in the water.

I know that my device PE1 makes me detox, because when I shine it on my feet during a very hot foot bath with salts, the water will be very dirty. Very. Much more than without it.

I'll try with the normal heating lamps as suggested in the websites above, just to see if the water gets muddy....

Thanks for telling us about this option!! Anyone theoretically could build a sauna easily then??

I'm gonna try near infrared sauna therapy,
gonna build it myself, it should be easy and cheap to do for everyone.

This is one of the easiest ways to make it, but there are other ways:
https://youtu.be/8j9f1ySteQY

Dr. Mercola video:
In this video they talk about 250 watt red incandescent lamps (unlike other lamps which are sometimes far less effective).
https://youtu.be/ZT8-6BHENgQ
https://articles.mercola.com/sites/articles/archive/2018/09/02/near-infrared-light-benefits.aspx

Be careful: you need fittings that can withstand a 250 watt lamp.

They say the electric fields can be shielded,
the magnetic field can be reduced with another magnetic field (but the guy doesn't say how he does it),
we might be able to figure this out ourselves (?).
His are said to be very clean EMF wise, but very expensive.

The above links by Jinna from Dr. Wilson are an excellent read.

Thanks for sharing this.

I am sure that a lot of us can benefit from Red Light and Infrared Saunas

Good findings
