I worry after hearing about numbers like this not being able to survive a flt from la to yucatan

This has kept me from booking a ticket

Random measurements taken inside planes in-flight reveal dangerous radiation, sometimes exceeding 50 mG (compare that with .5-2.5 mG, the amount the EPA deems safe.) The highest radiation levels are generally found near the walls and floors

I can't say for certain, but I've been wanting to fly to the Yucatan from the Bay Area, but believe my EHS is too bad for me to do well. I had about a 14 hour exposure to relatively high WiFi signals over the summer, and my sensitivity became MUCH worse. I'm just now climbing out of that hole. I' m not sure I'd risk it.

Hi mrs erica,

I.am in folsom now

Lots of emf out here

Was looking at LAX to Merida.4.5.hrs via delta.

Covering up with Mylar sheet space blankets on the plane

Biggest concern is death from high emf.Almost

everyone thinks im nuts for thinking that something

fatal can happen from that short of a flight.

Is this what concerns you that something life threatening can

happen from a flight?

Still.confused as I dont know what percentage chance I have of surviving the trip

Thank you

I wouldn't rule anything out.  Flights of 3 hours gave me pain and palpitations so any longer I am sure it would could pose cardiac issues and possibly the red blood cell stickiness that strip oxygen from my body and brain..

Anyway of knowing if I am.susceptible to.palpitations on s flight?

Curious.if you have underlying palpitations or cardiac issues without flying

Dr Kruse.mentioned taking high dose Ubiqinol q10 every hour to prevent blood clots

I personally don't worry about death from flying, I worry that the prolonged exposure will take me to the point of no return. I was managing my EHS pretty well until I had a 14 hour unavoidable exposure and it increased my sensitivity for months, and I'm just now pulling out of it.

It's the same thing I worry about with X-rays, MRIs, CTs, etc. That they'll push into a place that I can't recover from.

But I also get palpitations from EMF exposure, so I suppose death is possible.

You could maybe manage it if you found clothing that you tested prior to flying to ensure that it helps you enough to manage the flight.

Thanks for the reply guys

Flight Is scheduled for next tursday leaving lax at 7:30 am and arriving in Cancun at 3:00 pm.

Wifi flight.I wonder if a hundred some passangers with access to cell phones/laptops in an enclosed compartment can take someone out

I have walked out of work after 3 hours before due to emf shell shock from wifi router on the roof nearby where I use to work. The zapping sensations stayed till the next day.Nuerons felt so week and tasered that if I didnt leave I knew that I could have collapsed

This was after only 1 router on the roof and one woman using a cell phone next to me.

The feeling lasted for several hours

I wondered how I survived some of these encounters

I have experienced this a few times in my last jobs.

It's the RF frequency getting into the nerves.

Your weak.confused and then the delayed response to
the shell shock hours later

So if this happens with less people I can't imagine with a hundred some passangers on board

Meditation didnt seem to touch it as it is something physical

Have had panic attacks before but this is different

Scary experience that took several hours to recuperate. On a plane you dont have the luxury to get out unlike a building.

I dont want to make an irrational decision to move to a low emf country taking a big risk on my life.

I do have access to benzos klonopin and maybe gabapentin

And am not sure if a high dose is enough to prevent emf shell shock from a flight.

I think the reward of yucatan in winter may be nice but not
at the cost of ones life if it's that great

.I know there is fear in my writing but in this paradigm of ehs I want to make good decisions

Appreciate it ladies and gents

Re: With those with severe ehs is a flying 4.5-8hrs in wifi safe?

When exposed to very high EMF, I can develop sciatic nerve pain which renders a leg practically useless so that I have to literally drag it around for six weeks.  I had some Oxycodone 5mg tablets left from my last bout of this so that when I had to take a flight I took one before entering the airport, and I'm somewhat embarrassed to say that I ordered a rum & coke in flight to help with how I was experiencing the exposure.  It did help, and it's only something I would do again if faced with the same scenario.

The airport felt worse than the flight as everyone was engrossed in their smart devices.  The flight was only an hour long with no Wifi.  However, when the plane landed everyone turned on their smart devices at the same time.  I developed a tic in a leg afterwards which lasted for many weeks.  The magnetic field on the flight was very high.  Also, TSA tries to make a person feel like a freak if they "opt-out" of the x-ray machines by screaming, "We have an opt out" across the room although they themselves will be the one who does the "pat-down".

If you have an RF blocking hat, scarf, or piece of material, I recommend that you keep it over your head during the flight. Something that might also be a problem is that on a flight to Mexico about 10 years ago, there was a small screen mounted right behind my head on the back of the seat and then one right in front me for watching in-flight movies.  Not sure if this is still done this way as I've only flown once since then.  Also, that Yucatan flight had us packed like sardines and was very uncomfortable.  I was not very ES at that time.

I wish you well and please keep us informed on how you're doing in your new environment!

It feels like being on 1 laptop which turns up red on acousticomm fries the brain.180 passengers not sure if it will take me out.Feels like preparing to go to war

Ideas I had for acute exposure though I'm still afraid despite my defense mechanisms

Epsom salt and magnesium
Ubiqinol and Pqq
Mylar sheet blanket from REI over head
Magnesium glycine
Lysine

Gabapentin/Klonopin

Back when I was super-ES and had to fly on international flights (10+ hour flights), my list of quick fixes were more like this:
-- Chlorella Capsules (with lowest heavy metal contamination, for example "Clean Chlorella" from Health Ranger)
-- Microhydrin or Megahydrate (antioxidant) (capsules or powder)
-- CellFood by Lumina Health
-- Activated Charcoal (toxin binder)
-- Hydrated Bentonite Clay (toxin binder) (Yerba Prime makes a good, clean bentonite)

So that's a completely different list.  Maybe also "Pleo Alkala" from Sanum, to boost your pH.  Or Amrit Ambrosia, from VPK, for added antioxidants.

Can any of these be taken if you are taking a sedative like lorazepam for anxiety/panic attacks?

Thanks marc

I think the idea of Marc on supplements are very good.

They bind to heavy metals, and help with oxidation (also liposomal Vit C is great, in my opinion).

Use the mylar blankets, maybe cut a bit of tissue and put in a cap to protect the head?

And continue wearing them in the airports.

All these young artists dying in airports suddenly, I wonder how much is related to electrosmog.

try to meditate before, during and at the airport, try to keep cool, it can help too.

Cannabis oil - I would load myself with it, to keep calm!!!!

I have ordered some cellfood and took 8 drops yesterday. Awaiting megahydrate

Also wondering it they can stop me from flying taping alumimunim foil under a mylar blanket sheet for shielding?

Thanks

Hopefully these will help, but you may have to experiment to find your most helpful dose.  I remember at the beginning having a reaction to just 1 drop of cellfood, but was eventually able to ramp up to a much larger dose.  Although in more recent years I've found that "less is more", and I actually mix these two supplements together in a glass of water -- 3 drops cellfood, 1/3 capsule megahydrate, in 8 - 16 ounces of water.  Seems to be a synergistic combination for me, and better than taking either individually.

I say don't chance it.  Put your gear on in the men's room after you've been processed.

Re: With those with severe ehs is a flying 4.5-8hrs in wifi safe?

Thanks Mrs fogtop and everyone else on here

It is a flat sheet of mylar that would wrap around the body.Looks like a tarp and not sure if I would be questioned wrapping it around the body in the terminal.

If I go to the store before the flight tuesday and get some aluminum foil to tape in the mylar sheet then opting out of.the airport scanner they may find the mylar taped with aluminum inside of the carry on luggage or back pack and question why I have this blanket we with alumium fol taped?

Also thank you all
If anyone sees this as an unnecessary risk flying in a metal container with wifi and laptops, cell phones please let me know.I know my parents would be disappointed and my gf who is going on the flight may really be disappointed and break up.At the same time i dont want to take uneccesary gambles.I am not sure what the heavy metal load is in the body as I haven't been tested

Thank you
