Very interesting. I actually ordered the tincture as it can't hurt to try. If it helps reduce any inflammation it's a win for me. I'm sure there's some kind of bacteria that shouldn't be in my gut so maybe this will be a good start.
I just saw this... I am also feeling good but cycling about 2-3 on (.7 ml 1-3x day) and then a break for 2-4 days depending how I feel. I hope it will help my body fight infection during the dental work I have coming up.
I also think it may have a benefit to my anxiety, but cannot say for certain.

I've found that drinking 16 oz of celery juice every morning completely overwhelms whatever capacity my elimination organs have left in them. I am currently down to 3 oz of celery juice once every 3 days, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep that up for an extended period of time or not (time will tell).
I also think Celery juice is pretty strong for me. I had it once. I only got about 5 oz of liquid in the glass and the next day I had a very sore right ankle joint that lasted at least a full 24 hours. Could have been the toxins moving... but I am willing to try more celery but will keep the amount to 6 oz or less and not every day, until i know how it's working for me.
I am liking the overall effect of Osha as taken 2-3 days on then off 3 days or so.
Today I awoke with a really painful neck and inflammation in my shoulders and back... I took Osha .7 ml in a little apple juice and within an hour the entire area feels less painful.
I can really feel the difference today.
I am awaiting my spirulina pills, and dulse tincture and cilantro tincture to arrive today to be ready for my first amalgam removal. I am nervous but have to get this done!
I did OK at the dentist. Only one amalgam was removed.
I did not see this until just now.
I did not take the cilantro tincture.
I did have a HMD smoothie a few hours later that had fresh cilantro in it.
I also had another one today.
Not feeling worse, should I continue using cilantro in the smoothie? (I plan to do it daily for at least 2-4 weeks unless I encounter issues.)
The next dental appt is 2 weeks and one more amalgam to be removed.
So, kind of torn about best prep for that date and cleanse now.
I saw a holistic doctor today, first time... He recommended testing for heavy metals (no-brainer) and to check my thyroid and blood etc...
I have not done anything yet because he wants me to take DMSA prior to heavy metal urine test and they are awaiting restock from South Africa.
He wants a stool sample to send out for other testing also.
He sent me home with Betaine Hydrochloride with Pepsin to start taking.
He said the toughest case he has that do not respond to treatment are vegan or vegetarians.
He said he would like to have me eat at least one wild caught salmon and one chicken meal per week.
I will try but...
He said I must avoid lectins (including beans, some nuts, lentils, tomatoes, potatoes, eggplant, and wheat and other grains.
He is sending me a complete CAN and CANNOT eat list of foods and spices.
I won't have that for a day or 2...
Why don't you eat cilantro instead of the tincture.
I find the fresh cilantro is MUCH better than cilantro tincture... Much milder and better overall.
Great you don't feel bad after amalgam removal!
I would eat the HMDS daily, if I were you... at least until all amalgams are out.
I wouldn't do the DMSA test: as metals could get loose and usually practitioners don't know what to do with a damaged patient (I'm always the hard patient, they say 'I've never seen anyone react like you' type of patient).
So I escaped from a dr when he mentioned DMSA or whatever injections he wanted to give me.
I'd rather do Anthony's way. but that's me. If you trust the guy and he can help you in case metals flow to your brain, nerves etc, and heighten your symptoms (I have problems to breathe, so I'm VERY AFRAID to risk strong mobilizers....)
there is no doubt you are loaded with heavy metals, as everyone is.
The point is: we usually cannot detox these metals, so our hair samples usually come clean.
So imagine the guy putting a mobilizer, then you got those loose metals, and you can't detox them off your body well....
He's against vegans or vegetarians....
I don't know, I usually don't buy these food wars.
Humans were vegans /vegetareans for so long, why now it became a problem?
My mistake, sincerely, was to have eaten too many animal proteins,a s they are heavy to digest.
That's my experience.
They loaded my liver.
I today still eat animal proteins, but in MUCH smaller amounts than in the past.
No way I would avoid lectins, but that is me...
I wonder what tests he did to find out lectins are a problem.
I had multiple allergies and stopped eating stuff too, until I healed.
I would stop gluten, eggs and milk products, that's for sure. The rest, I guess it's individual?
What kind of test has he done with you to determine your no food list?

I agree, I would NOT do the challenge test, as that *could* make things much worse, and make for a more difficult recovery.
I also get that from doctors who repeatedly say that they've never had anyone react the way I do to their suggestions.
Thanks, Jinna and Marc! I have felt uneasy about the DMSA and I won't do it now.
I think it's worthwhile to have him run the other blood tests though and see what a non-traditional doctor can tell me to reduce inflammation and so forth.
I will keep on with my heavy metal detox smoothie and I have fresh cilantro also now.
Jinna and Marc, would you keep on the smoothie daily from now until the next amalgams (2) on the left side come out December 4? Like every day and continue after? Or any break in there? </i</b>>
