Osha for neuro inflammation

Jinna
This man had been suffering from severe neurological symptoms for 6 years, before he healed.

He used Osha root, Japanese Knotweed (polygonum cuspidatum), and recently French sage (whatever this is...).

He treated his 'lyme', he's not even sure it was truly lyme, as again, tests were inconclusive.

his symptoms were: temporary blindness, muscle failure, very bad memory, achiness all over, cognitive impairment (severe), arthritis, etc.

He said Osha released him from symptoms from a day to another, and this after 6 years being a fraction of the person he was.

Osha is not only for bacteria, also for viruses and it's an immuno modulatory herb.

Very interesting.  I actually ordered the tincture as it can't hurt to try.  If it helps reduce any inflammation it's a win for me.  I'm sure there's some kind of bacteria that shouldn't be in my gut so maybe this will be a good start.

Re: Osha for neuro inflammation

I sort of had a lot of fatigue on the evening of Day 4. I had to sleep early.

My husband was also very tired, came home 2 hours before usual.

My daughter had to miss part of school next morning, due to light headache, feeling heavy, stomach felt funny.

We all took detox teas - nettle + cleavers + cumin + neem, 3- 4 cups, then next day things went better.

We're also on liposomal vitamins (B complex, magnesium, vit C etc) and we just increased the dose.

It certainly does things to the body. We needed a pause of 2 days.

I'll re-start today again as I feel this is a very good plant: it reaches the corners, hidden parts of my body. It heals scars, joints, fingers, skin, ears, nerves... That's what I feel.

my daughter and husband feel nothing, but both ALSO felt very tired by day 4, meaning, it is doing things to both too (I suppose).

Forgot to say that we all sleep VERY DEEP, or DEEPER with osha.

Heavy sleep, so it may increase melatonin?

I read somewhere that it increases glutathione.

It's full moon, I haven't even noticed. My daughter and I are sensitive to full moon, we get less deep sleep during full moon.

I just realized it was full moon after driving early morning: funny sensation, as I feel VERY GROUNDED with osha, muscles are very relaxed, I am VERY FAR from getting electrosmog sensitivity today.

It's like osha reinforces my nerves and ground me.

My breathing went slower from the first day, so it may have some sort of relaxing effect?

It also kills pathogens (it's in the herbal literature).

Jinna,

I just saw this...   I am also feeling good but cycling about 2-3 on (.7 ml 1-3x day) and then a break for 2-4 days depending how I feel.   I hope it will help my body fight infection during the dental work I have coming up.

I also think it may have a benefit to my anxiety, but cannot say for certain.

It does cause me some detox reactions, and I'm also pulsing it...

It does lower my anxiety, but if I take too long, it makes me more tired.

Good you have some reactions.

I went to the dentist 2x last 2 weeks, and had horrible pain once.

Headaches, could not eat for one day, brain fog. Osha did help me.

How are you sleeping with osha?

Do you also take celery juice?

I find celery is somehow complementary with osha.

Osha kills pathogens and relaxes, makes me sleep heavier, works more as supportive to EHS as it really helps my nerves.

Celery builds hydrochloric acid in the stomach, also helps the nerves by nourishing them, but it sorts of create too many die-off reactions / detox reactions.

I need to pulse both.

another good juice and easier to do is cucumber juice. I take it together with osha, because osha does make my kidneys work more (urine get darker, stronger smell, more detox)...

I drank celery juice once.  Silly question, what is the major difference between eating celery fresh vs juice?

Re: Osha for neuro inflammation

Not silly at all.

Juice = extracting only the 'medicinal' part of it.
Eating it = food, nutrition.

As we need one big glass (500ml, 16oz) to start having benefits, that corresponds approximately to ONE BUNCH of celery.

Very few people would be able to munch a whole bunch at once, early morning.

So I see celery juice as a medical drink, while the whole celery plant in my soups etc, is simply a bit of veggie.

Same as with cilantro: eating a few leaves daily, is food, nutrition.
Eating a whole bunch in one go, is medicine.

Anthony William, the guy who started having the idea about celery juice says: your juicer is a medical device, and so is your celery juice. It's pure medicine. Same as cucumber juice = medicine.

If you add the pulp, you'll get less results than if you drink only the juice.

he says that fibers will hamper the effect of celery and cucumber, for example, instead of being helpful.

A bit like taking medicinal infusions: you may eat the leaves, flowers, bark you use for your decoctions / infusions, but what has medicinal properties is basically what leaked to the water.

Same as celery: eating the pulp is fine, but it won't bring you the benefits of the water extracted from celery.

I've found that drinking 16 oz of celery juice every morning completely overwhelms whatever capacity my elimination organs have left in them.  I am currently down to 3 oz of celery juice once every 3 days, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep that up for an extended period of time or not (time will tell).

Jinna and Marc, thanks.

I also think Celery juice is pretty strong for me.  I had it once.   I only got about 5 oz of liquid in the glass and the next day I had a very sore right ankle joint that lasted at least a full 24 hours.  Could have been the toxins moving... but I am willing to try more celery but will keep the amount to 6 oz or less and not every day, until i know how it's working for me.

I've seen people on the celery juice groups say that they take as little as 1 ounce at a time, so I guess I'm not doing so bad by only drinking 3 ounces at a time!

Re: Osha for neuro inflammation

Yep, I can take 500 ml, even 1 liter of celery juice, then  I need to rest for 3 days!!

It's strong stuff.

I think osha helps me move faster and further than celery juice.

Celery juice causes way too many pains and fatigue for me too. But I take min 500 ml.

But I pulse it (one day celery, one day cucumber, one day ginger or aloe, then back to celery).

Now that I introduced osha, I'll see...

I think osha is easier than celery, and it goes pretty deep in my body.

Osha works like an homeopathic medicine, while celery does not.

I mean, osha treats the software of my body (corrects metabolism, I feel) while celery is both nutrition and physical medicine.

Osha treats my joints much better than celery, for the moment.

Jinna,

I am liking the overall effect of Osha as taken 2-3 days on then off 3 days or so.
Today I awoke with a really painful neck and inflammation in my shoulders and back... I took Osha .7 ml in a little apple juice and within an hour the entire area feels less painful.
I can really feel the difference today.

I am awaiting my spirulina pills, and dulse tincture and cilantro tincture to arrive today to be ready for my first amalgam removal.  I am nervous but have to get this done!

Re: Osha for neuro inflammation

Elle, amazing!!!

I'm sure osha is a great herb for a lot of what we all suffer: chronic inflammation in the joints, nerves.

Glad you feel it's helping.

I'm also pulsing it.

It's less a problem than celery for me.

I do think it boosts glutathione, because of the smaller side effects and because it helps me really to sleep deeper / heavier.

I hope your dentist appointment went well.

don't touch your CILANTRO TINCTURE!!! It will move more metals than you can handle during amalgam removal.

Unless you are super used to cilantro, wait 1, 2 weeks for it after amalgam removal.

Have you heard about the Heavy Metal Detox Smoothie from Anthony William?

I really like it: it's not too hard (in my case), my body loves it. I do think it cleans my brain and my organs from heavy metals.

It's a combo from cilantro + spirulina + dulse + barley grass + wild blueberries. All of them clean heavy metals in different ways, until dulse can carry the metals off the body through stools.

I do feel it cleans my brain!

Hope you survive your dentist!!
