Very interesting. I actually ordered the tincture as it can't hurt to try. If it helps reduce any inflammation it's a win for me. I'm sure there's some kind of bacteria that shouldn't be in my gut so maybe this will be a good start.
I just saw this... I am also feeling good but cycling about 2-3 on (.7 ml 1-3x day) and then a break for 2-4 days depending how I feel. I hope it will help my body fight infection during the dental work I have coming up.
I also think it may have a benefit to my anxiety, but cannot say for certain.

I've found that drinking 16 oz of celery juice every morning completely overwhelms whatever capacity my elimination organs have left in them. I am currently down to 3 oz of celery juice once every 3 days, and I'm not sure if I'll be able to keep that up for an extended period of time or not (time will tell).
I also think Celery juice is pretty strong for me. I had it once. I only got about 5 oz of liquid in the glass and the next day I had a very sore right ankle joint that lasted at least a full 24 hours. Could have been the toxins moving... but I am willing to try more celery but will keep the amount to 6 oz or less and not every day, until i know how it's working for me.
I am liking the overall effect of Osha as taken 2-3 days on then off 3 days or so.
Today I awoke with a really painful neck and inflammation in my shoulders and back... I took Osha .7 ml in a little apple juice and within an hour the entire area feels less painful.
I can really feel the difference today.
I am awaiting my spirulina pills, and dulse tincture and cilantro tincture to arrive today to be ready for my first amalgam removal. I am nervous but have to get this done!
