New to this forum

dteshome85@gmail.com
Greetings everyone I am new to this forum.I recently

separated from a job at Delta here in Atlanta after 9 months

of working there. The facility had hundreds of computers, cell

phones,several microwaves and refrigerators.I started

getting muscle twitching,feeling disoriented,confused,and

malaise the following morning.

After leaving the position I began to feel better.I have

started training for a job working with individuals with

eating disorders and not sure if I will be effected to a great

degree working in the hospital which will be opening in

June. The training has been in a separate building and I can

feel something when I am around WiFi and several cell

phones.The public’s places i go to

restaurants, bars, bookstores seem to either have WiFi

and/or multiple people with cellphones.Any advice would

be appreciated.

Welcome.

One method is to try to stay away from all this EMF. But its difficult, it's better to try to relieve its electro sensitivity.

Some claimed causes for ES: "bad" heavy metals, bowel imbalance, dental work, etonogestrel contraceptive implant containing copper, former surge through body, permanent damage to tissue due to different things, sedative life, psychological disorders, genes, diseases like wilson's disease, "unbalanced" brain and body,

Some claimed helpful things to do: chelate the "bad" heavy metals, lots of fruits greens and berries, clean non toxic food without unwanted heavy metals, staying away from toxic areas and things, "clean" up dental work work slowly, keeping healthy teeth with good mouth hygiene and healthy lifestyle,
cooked greens thus more bioavailable minerals, replacing etonogestrel contraceptive implant with other prevention, supplements like zinc and lipsomal-c, generally healthy lifestyle, sauna, sweating, infrared sauna, training and physical activity, active life, enjoyment, good relatonships, neuro reprogramming, meditation, coffee and tea intake but also some of them are bad, staying away from food which are very high in copper, good sleep, stay away from phytic acid food as it blocks zinc and other good minerals uptake, stay away from legumes too often as it also decrease mineral uptake, soak grains before ingesting or baking due to phytase removing phytic acid, colour therapy,

And while one have ES: staying away from EMF areas, using low emf devices and having them further away, well a lot of other things,

It's maybe more to write, but it's at least some. ES may have different causes thus also different cure strategies.

It seems like heavy metal is something that I see pop up in various sites related to EMF sensitivity.Prior to detoxing and knowing that there is an actual problem with heavy metals in the body is there a place where one could get tested at a reasonable price?

Historically, people have used DMPS "challenge" tests to measure heavy metal loads, however that really doesn't give any indication about how much you've got stored up inside you, and also it could very likely make your health problems worse (a adverse side effect from the test itself).

Some doctors use "hair analysis", which measure the mineral content in your hair, but again, this really doesn't give a good indication of what's in your body, just what's in your hair.

Others may use blood or urine, which can show elevated levels that are in circulation.  Again, not an indicator of what's stored up in your body, but it may show that you system isn't excreting stuff well (as it's built up in circulation).

The company QuickSilver Scientific is supposed to have some new, state-of-the-art heavy metal tests, but I'm not sure what the pros / cons of that are, as I've haven't done it myself and not heard from others on it.

I find that lab test in general can give misleading results, and can be quite expensive.  But maybe someone else here has had better experiences?

Yes, people here do tend to have big problems being in airports, and also hospitals.

Certainly smaller / more rural ones can be less of a problem, and sometimes it all really comes down to what's within 10 - 20 feet of you.

One can certainly do a variety of things to improve the situation, which is why this forum exists in the first place.  :-)

One thing I know is that we are supposed to wear radio sets at the hospital when it opens in a June.I am trying to prepare for this.I took a two week absence from delta told my supervisor I was going through to purchase a device that would help with this and ended up with the Aires Defender. It didn’t do much in that environment saturated with Emfs.In places without heavy emfs it seems to help slightly.Wondering if I should add on the shield lite on top of the Aires defender to see if that can help me function in a hospital environment.

Dr Klinghardt says that actors that work in TV usually wear some silver underwear to stand radiation in TV stations.

Hospitals have bad radiation due to so many devices...

I don't know if these Tshirts and underwear work for everyone, but I heard some people had good experiences with them.

Thanks for the suggestions

As far as liver detox goes what is a good protocol to follow?

If these heavy metals tests are not usually a good measure then if efs symptoms are reduced

after detoxing you will learn that your body was probably an antenna for these frequencies.

I do grounding and find that it can help however as soon as i am around wifi i can start feeling it.

Late reply but hope this helps, did you already buy that?
I've used clothes and they do help, but you gotta get the best ones and they're hard to find.

These pants are pretty good:
http://www.4ehsbyehs.com/protection-clothes/rf-emf-emr-protection-army-style-pants
they sell the fabric separately too and a jacket made of this material.

If you buy silver clothes, they're very delicate. Hand wash cold water, not many times. They lose EMF resistance with washing... High % Silver and Shieldon 200 are the best materials I found so far. Silver lets more EMF through than shieldon 200 and is more delicate, but can be stretchy..

If the EMF is very high though I still cannot stay for too long even with all the clothes.. I guess it goes through shoes, neck, eyes etc...  but it helps a lot to wear the clothes anyway.

Thanks for the replies

I am hoping to find something that will allow me to work 8 hour shifts.

I have recently lost two jobs due to the condition.
