What meters do I need if I want to check new electronic products for any esmog before I begin using them for a longer period. And want to check every type of esmog and get the correct amount of it?
I'd recommend the ED88T for beginners.
http://slt.co/Products/RFDetectors/CornetED88T.aspx It is very sensitive on the RF band, more so than some Gigahertz that cost a lot more. It also has a sound feature, and I sometimes hear signals that don't get picked up on the display, but they still cause problems and hearing them is the only way to know of them. They also sound distinct, each text message, wifi, cordless phone, etc. sound different. You eventually learn the sounds and will know what is in the air, not just the level, but likely what devices are causing it.
The E and M parts of it are not the most accurate on ED88T, but they do work, although small levels are not detectable.
Which of these or similar instruments will pick up the type of emf from my new modem from my cableprovider with wifi turned off? Even at 6m distance it's causing me problems which is insane and my trimeter 100XE didn't pick up anything.

I don't know, but I know that ground loops have caused me problems with DSL and cable modems. That is, the ground source of the incoming internet cable is different than the ground source of the electrical outlet the modem is plugged into, causing a ground loop. I would guess that would lead to increased magnetic fields. I've used a ground loop interrupter on the incoming cable (prior to the modem), which relieves a lot of my reactions to my cable modem.
Historically, the signs of a groundloop on the cable connection has been a 60hz hum in your stereo system speakers and/or rolling bars in your TV picture. However, these assumes an analog connection, so these days with people using digital connections (e.g. HDMI), you're not going to see those rolling bars (as they'll only be visible if you use a component or composite video connection).
Regarding cable Earth isolator, checked internet and what i found is
-if device is not grounded it is of no use, but Your findings shows other results.
-newer cablesystems already have them integrated in the building, my cable system in my building were everything new in 2012.
Anyway the emf are coming from the modem as when it was in front of me I felt it in my forehead and when placing modem further away from me on right side I felt it on right side of my head. Not fully scientic though.
As sailplane suggested this site:
http://www.aaronia.com/products/spectrum-analyzers/ i found the best handheld spectrometer there with realtime scanning will set me off 4000€ and 1hz-9ghz magnotracker antenna another 2500€. A steep cost but maybe its the only solution to detect EVERYTHING?
But its also 1000€ meters there with the aditional costs of antennas.
What will do, detect every emf from household electronic equipment that can cause es symptoms?
