Recently I have been getting chest pain, burning and a slight cough, basically a real irritation in the throat/chest area after using my mobile phone, this is not when being used on my ear but when being used on loudspeaker, texting or using the phone for facebook etc, also from my laptop on wifi.
I am not sure if this is being caused by ES or not, but I only get these symptoms when using the phone or on my laptop/wifi.
I have a sliding hiatus hernia in the oesophagus and I am wondering if this is being irritated by the phone etc?
How is it possible to diagnose that this is the case and if so what can I do to help it?
I found that using cordless phone on speaker (basically held in the same area you hold) caused heart rhythm problems, and also hiatal hernia problems. I get HH put back in place by chiropractor 2x a week, and yes it is more likely to go out with exposure...but also likely to go out with tension in the diaphragm which can be brought on my exposure, which I find is a heavy stimulant.
I was worked up for all heart--nothing found again and again. Worth orthodox medical to rule out...but highly likely this all is caused by phone use, or phone use can be one part of a 'perfect storm' involving phone use but also anxiety, tight diaphragm, mechanical things like bending over, eating bigger meals, eating foods to which one reacts, etc.
btw I can often put my HH back in thru use of the handle end of a small wooden baseball bat...used after relaxing in bed and breathing out.

There are lots of things to try, although only you can say if it helps with your symptoms.
For example, you can turn off some features which require constant communications with cell towers.
You can put it in airplane mode.
You can turn off 4G and use 3G or 2G instead.
You can keep your distance from it.
When making calls, you can use the speakerphone. Or ear buds.
Some people find that certain phones cause them much more trouble than others. So you can experiment with different phones. There is someone on the Facebook group who has tried over 50 different phones to find one that doesn't bother them!
i find my samsung galaxy realy bad. when touching the screen it gets stuck in my energy field. static. this tech is nasty. have never had an iphone though. want to hear other es peoples experience with iphone.
get them electrolytes and water in your body. peace.
I have similar problems with chest pains, burning, and coughing, sore throats and such associated with wireless radiation dirty electricity and magnetic fields.
I have found ways to mitigate these issues. I also have an iPhone 6 Plus. I keep it on airplane 99% of the time as well as Bluetooth off. When I want to call, if I am at home I will use google to make phone calls via my computer or ipad which is connected with Ethernet instead of wireless so I am not radiated. I would avoid using your phone as much as possible, and don't have wifi in your home.
Yes stay wired ideally. Install landline in your home, if getting calls on mobile tell them you will call back on landline. Or if using google skype etc. on an device works ok that is fine, and use ethernet with them ideally. On the go you can use sms messaging. Or you can try cabled headsets with extension cord so you can be further away from the phone. For me around 1.5-2 m away from a calling mobile is ok. Bluetooth headsets have all caused me problems. But they come in different effect classes. You can try a bt headsey which emits the lowest wattage class. It may work.for you. And last, the best communication happens face to face
