Help with plane travel!! Please tell me your experience

SuperLaura
I would like to know if anyone who is VERY sensitive to emfs has traveled on a plane and what their experience has been.

Since being EHS I have never been on a plane, do not know what to expect and am honestly terrified to try.

The flight I am looking into is a smaller plane, no wifi and the plane trip is 1 hour and 20 minutes. I know its not a long flight but being trapped up in the air and not knowing what to expect, I fear even just the anxiety itself could be intolerable lol.

I want to go to Colorado to try medical marijuana for pain relief for EHS as well as get out in nature and away from emfs and actually do something fun. I found a great place to go away from cell towers thats non toxic as well the problem is just getting there. I don't want to sicken myself just getting there!!!

I figure 20 hours of driving has got to be worse than an hour long flight but the flight just scares the heck out of me since I have no idea what to expect. I am very sensitive to dirty electricity and wireless devices and chemicals. I have a mask for the chemicals I can wear in flight. Even if we did drive I don't think I can tolerate 20 hours of wearing the mask in a rental vehicle either!!! Traveling sucks!!! Either way I am dreading the traveling because I have no idea how my body will handle it.

And help/ experience would be appreciated.

Thanks!!!

I'm still pretty sensitive to emf's, and I flew two months ago, and surprisingly it wasn't that bad.  I definitely felt the guys' cell phone next to me on the plane, but it wasn't *that* bad.  I thought being in the metal plane with all the cell phones and wifi would've been torture, but it was doable.  Good luck

Well, having traveled from the USA to Europe and back on an airplane with ES, I would say that a 1 hour and 20 minute flight is probably not a big deal.  Especially if you can find a flight that isn't packed with people, and your arrival and departure airports aren't packed with people.   As these days it's everyone's phone and tablets that seem to be the big problem.  Airport wi-fi is also an issue.  And try to avoid the body scanners, and instead use the metal detectors or a pat down.

I agree that airport wi fi coming and going likely a bigger issue.  take meter with you to sit in lowest radiation part of airport.  travel when plane not crowded...often midweek best for that.  If I were you'd Id do it.

seems from what i remember it seems different on plane, possibly less, or not an issue, but that may from the feeling of the cabin pressure or air vents.  would think it not be safe for communications to have that on plane.  dont know how it is controlled or if retransmitted. some have like computer screens behind the seats. i would have doubts about benefits of marijuana.  maybe you could tell person next to you if it bothered you.

uh... I live in Colorado and I can tell you it can be rather difficult to get away from EMFs out here.  I mean, yeah there are a lot of little mountain towns out on the western slope, but it seems like the farther you are from civilization the stronger the antennas are - and they're all over the mountains.  The national park just got parkwide broadcast wifi.  Granted, there aren't smart meters everywhere _yet_ but I've been led to believe that's coming, too.  So far, you need to avoid Boulder (bummer), Fort Collins, Trinidad, Centennial, Westminister, Colorado Springs, man what were the other ones?  Can't remember.  I've been curious about the CBD myself but with how shot my blood-brain-barrier is, even traces of marijuana get me ludicrously high on a dime - I can't even walk into the shops to kinesio-test anything!  Where in Colorado were you planning on going if I may ask?

Hi April thanks for the advice, I actually already went on my trip and came back. I went to Vail. It wasn't too bad in the city, however my hotel had an antenna on the roof and I was on the top floor, that was not fun!!! I found the cbd to be really beneficial. 80% cbd and 20% thc worked really nice. The cbd counteracts the effects of the thc so its not even possible for you to get any type of high at all. When I came back to Texas I found that cbd oil made from hemp is legal here, so I have been using that. It doesn't have any thc at all. Not as good as what I got in Colorado but still beneficial.
