Well, I just got the goal and idea of getting ES free in one month from now. Can anyone point out route or routes to getteing totally free of ES after one month. Currently I get pretty severe ES symptoms from the likes of tvs pcdisplays Smartphones etc. so I can't use them. All help is appreciated.
Not totally free but I'm just gonna share this, I got a little better lately by accident. I spent a lot lately and had to go a week without a block of tofu. I was having it for calcium since I don't consume meat/dairy but now I'm gonna find another way because it was actually making my condition worse, especially with the face burning from screens. But I'm still getting it real bad from the typical culprits otherwise. I still go to work in the wireless radiation nightmare zone that it is and feel completely fried (luckily I'm waiting on a new one soon) and HD screens still make me feel horrible with headaches, fatigue, on and off nausea, depression, the usual stuff but the uncomfortable facial feelings have gotten easier on me (I am still waiting on the screen filter I ordered and probably will for some weeks, being patient though and hoping it gets here).
Another thing that helped me overall for my health is eating plain, avoid as many preservatives as you can, no extra sauce on anything, no cooking with oil, and season your food with beneficial herbs for flavor if you want more. You'll feel better and have more of an appreciation for the basic taste of the food you eat. All that extra really gunks up your body, makes you feel terrible, and slows you down.
So long text short if your consuming soy, stop doing it and see if it helps you too. I wasn't even having a lot weekly and never use any soy products otherwise. I saw the post below for curcumin in helping but I think the only thing I got out of that was more gas and a funny smell. I actually had a headache at the time I had it and surprisingly it did relieve me of that though.
Probably wouldn't have this forum if that was possible..
So, best things I found to get better are:
1) Zinc Chelate
2) Oolong tea
3) B12/Iron/B6 Combination
4) Exercise in a no wifi zone
5) Yoga, helps stretch and relax tight muscles to get circulation going better.
6) Magnesium Oil/Bisglycinate powder, Skullcap tincture, also relaxing and better circulation.
7) Hawthron tincture for heart
8) Chlorella Pyrenoidosa(Organic Traditions brand) + Cilantro heavy metal detox(from Iherb/vitacost) for detoxing, taken when away from wifi, can reduce symptoms with lasting effects. Taking while exposed to radiation it will be tough.. side effects. This is almost the only thing that has had lasting reduction for ES.
9) Sweating, which is second thing that has had some more lasting effects.
10) Wear EMF blocking clothes to avoid further exposure, likely needed forever, to prevent relapse even once better.
I think sauna is worth trying, make it hot, turn it off, go inside.. no EMFs that way.
I have by no means eradicated ES using those.. but I went from extremely bad when going out, to somewhat okay. Every person will get better in a different time frame depending how bad they are already. I also don't have a sauna, I think that could help more than anything.
When it was the worst for me I had no idea what to do, I just started trying things because I had to and learning what does what for the body. Most of what I remember from the winter this year and the end of last was feeling like my face was constantly on fire and like a dying electric eel to put it in words. Cilantro is one of the main things that pushed me along, I use it on what I make for breakfast every morning. When I first started using herbs seriously in general I couldn't tolerate them too well though but as I detoxed more to a noticeable degree and kept at it I can now tolerate very large amounts weekly without an issue. Sweating also does you a lot of good for removing all kinds of nasties from your body. Another important thing in high emf environments is keeping your body stress levels down so your body can work as well as it can in it.
Otherwise I'm always trying new things, usually it's diet changes with trying something new, replacing, or changes how I use this or that and seeing how my body responds. I've made one major step forward with this recent soy discovery though, I'm far less sensitive now. I can feel the difference the most in my face, I feel less uncomfortable burning on it when exposed with the residual effects from it. I've even been outside a lot today and I just have a little annoying sun burn on me but I'm even tolerating that better. I have to relax now though and drink my tea. The adrenaline rush from feeling this free now from my ES has really drained me and I think all I want to do now is sleep it off and make it to tomorrow morning to get something filling in my belly and get on with my life.
Regarding my ClaeSmog 1, I now also have a ClaeSmog 2 which is developed with regard to the new NB-IoT transmitters (Narrow Band Internet of things).
Overhere we have on one mobile phone mast:
- LTE900 with 950MHz
- UMTS900 with 957,4MHz
- since 6 July NB-IoT with 954,703MHz
Normally the frequencies of different transmitters are far from each other, but here they are too close to each other. IMHO. So resonances can not be avoided.
Very peculiar is the fact, that I personally are not electrosensitive, and do NOT react to any elektrosmog source so far.
However, because of this new transmitter, I now experience problems. Heavy heart problems.
Where I did not have any problems with walking 1 KM in the past, now I am exhausted at 200 Meters, with severe heart problems.
I mounted a wrist blood pressure meter, and was wearing it while doing the test. I only used the on/off button.
Bloodpressure inside the appartment: 130.
Then I went outside next to our front door (third floor), facing the BN-IoT antenna.
After a few moments I measured my bloodpressure again , still standing at our door: now: 174.
Back into the appartment: Lowered to 153.
All this within 5 minutes, and with the blood pressure meter still at my wrist.
When I woke up in the morning, since July, I had a bloodpressure of 200+.
Also peculiar is the fact, that the RF radiation level is very low, hardly noticeable.
The point is here, that the biological impact is caused not by the measurable transversal waves, but by the magnetic longitudinal waves (MLW).
They require a special shielding.
We have shielded thew front of the appartment, and both my wife and I are wearng our ClaeSmog 2, and my bloodpressure is now normal again (120-140). I can walk again for at least 500 meters without a problem.
The same goes for my wife (who was a hard electrosensitive many years ago) but recovered by our 30 points plan.
