EHS possibly caused by Mast Cell Activation Syndrome.

the good news about this is that things like benedaryl, Pepcid and Claritin might help.  This from a friend.

I think it's very much the root cause of reactions for many of us (Mast cell activation) .  Dr. Johansson's work way back showed histamine responses even to computer monitors...that was before cell phones.

I use Benadryl, Pepcid and sometimes Allegra.  I do best with a small dose of Benadryl and Pepcid.  For the Benadryl I puncture a dye-free capsule and squeeze out a large drop into water.  The Pepcid I crush and use about 1/4.  I'm a very slow metabolizer so hardly ever use a full dose of anything or I get toxicity reactions.  Have you ever done 23andMe or Ancestry.com DNA testing?  That can also give a lot of clues when you run the data through Promethease to check for mutations.

I use an amino acid called L-Histidine to help reduce histamine reponse, but a small percentage of people have a condition called histidelia where they overconvert histidine to histamine.  I've only see that twice in all the years that I've recommended it to clients. It can be caused by mutations in the methylation pathway.  This is a description:  http://www.drkaslow.com/html/histadelia.html

This is a great presentation on brain allergies by  Dr. Theoharides (he's called The Mast Cell Master) who does a lot of research on autism. It's specifically about how mast cell activation in the brain affects us: https://youtu.be/9QbZp3WcC1Q
There are several other videos on his site about mast cells.

I have tried his  NeuroProtek with quercetin and luteolin and it definitely helps.  But I think I've done even better with astaxanthin.  I've been eating wild Alaskan caught sockeye salmon several times a week...the intense pink color in sockeye is from the astaxanthin carotenoid and it is is very good at blocking mast cell response. I haven't used cromalyn sodium.

Very interesting. Just so you know there are some good natural alternatives to using drugs.

Benadryl helps because it is an antihistamine which reduces inflammation. EMFs cause inflammation in the body so it only makes sense that an antihistamine will make you feel better. However I have been using Bromelain which is a natural antihistamine that comes directly from pineapple. You could also just eat a lot of pineapple if you like pineapple but the bromelain pills are convenient to take daily with each meal. I have found the Country Life brand to be a quality brand for bromelain. Bromelain also works as a natural digestive enzyme.

Taking too many different types of drugs can cause problems of their own.

Someone posted a study here about specific DNA mutations that EHS people have. My naturopathic doctor was able to confirm that I have this exact mutation from the study I read. A naturopathic doctor like the one I use can help find natural alternatives that will do the same thing as drugs without the negative effects that chemical drugs have on the body.

You have some very interesting things in your post. I think I may have to look into L-Histadine.

sounds scary to me, to start drugs to mess with this and for this reason.  to me the ''cause'' would be em, not the immune response.  as always what terrifies me about medical people who research this is that they would be learning more about this to establish em control mechanisms on the brain.  in my experience there is little respect for medical and civil rights of the individual.
i think the only fish meat that vegans would eat would be from ones that died(not killed).
in the santa fe new mexico paper last year there was an article that said how the chemical government workers added to rivers to control fish caused parkinsons.

careful taking luteolin - it might work but it's been proven to cause cancer because it suppresses what keeps it from growing!
