I have found this Cilantro+Chlorella has helped me the most of anything I ever tried so I just wanted to share in case anybody else is thinking to try a detox:
If anyone tries it post back here how it worked for you.. if you're very toxic this could easily cause problems to get worse, so take with caution, maybe start with 1 drop a day.
it is good that there is no alcohol in it, as that is usually gmo corn based.
but i would go for the ingredients themselves, as the bottle is pretty expensive considering its contents : merely 23.5 grams of cilantro and 12 grams / 0.4 ounces of chlorella.
and i' d prefer spirulina powder instead of chlorella, to be prudent, as some people claim the latter is unreliable and / or hard to digest, unfit for humans.
i just bought 150 grams / 5 ounces of fresh cilantro for 1.5 euro / less than 2 us-dollars at a market.
250 grams / 8 ounces of spirulina powder costs in a local shop 23 euro / 27 usd.
whatever, detoxing seem to make sense, as a long time and recurring project.
Just be careful with cheap products... In case of cilantro AND chlorella, quality is essential (as they clean the environment where they are).
I would take cilantro and chlorella separately. As I said, I've been into Klinghardt protocols for more than a decade.
Every person suffering from ES is very probably loaded with heavy metals.
While cilantro MOBILIZES, chlorella BINDS (and mobilizes a bit).
Better to be taken separately (or it is counter productive).
If people can take chlorella, I tell them to take it.
Its effect is much faster than spirulina, and there are more studies about heavy metals and chlorella than spirulina.
If they can't digest chlorella, they sometimes cannot digest spirulina either (but the latest is easier).
After reading Anthony William, I decided to take his suggestion on spirulina + barley grass.
And it does feel good too, I admit.
I think that what helped me over the years were binders IN ROTATION.
If I get stuck to one binder (like only chlorella + bear garlic) for too long, I stop to profit from them.
Rotating them work, in the end, much better. I like zeolites and MSM too.
So for me, after 13 years doing binders and heavy metal cleansing, I realized that these things taken in different days (or times of the day) is what works best:
- MSM powder
- chlorella + bear garlic tincture
- spirulina + barley grass
Sometimes I add activated charcoal too (for the gut) or diatomaceous earth (very mild).
And mobilizers on and off, far from binders (otherwise they are counter productive) : cilantro, liposomal Vit C, alpha lipoic acid, DMSO (rubbed)...
And I agree with first post: chlorella saved me from deep hell back to life. I consumed literally KILOGRAMS of chlorella since the first time I took it.
It is also rich in B12, all aminoacids, many minerals. Not only a binder, but almost like complete nutrition.
The b12 in seaweeds seems to be of the wrong kind ( i read that in many places, even vegan websites ), not only useless but even hindering the absorption of the b12 you' ll find in animal food ( not food for animals but the animals themselves or dairy or eggs ) and vegetables that are still a bit dirty / not washed too well ( because of the s...t that insects leave behind ) and that is produced in your gut ( i think in the large intestine ) when it is healthy ( usually it is not ).

The only problem with this is that 13 years is a long time ....
I found Zeolite was really amazing too, but then they stopped selling it.. HealthForce ZeoForce. That worked maybe equally as good as the chlorella and cilantro, I keep forgetting about it..
I have Chlorella Pyrenoidosa and it never causes a problem, I think anybody should be able to take it.. but without cilantro it doesn't help too much.. a little, more energy.. but I don't feel any detox effect at all.
You can take separately, but that means cilantro first and chlorella after 30min-1hour.. otherwise you might take it too late... and how are we to know when exactly the mobilized toxins will reach the intestine and the chlorella, to match the timing?.. I think it would be best to take chlorella every 30 min after having taken the cilantro.. for 4-5 hours. Maybe I will try that.. I knew about the issue but never thought too much about it. It's possible that we're mobilizing a lot, but effectively taking out very little..
I will try to juice a real cilantro plant and use separate chlorella instead of this supplement, because it makes me feel very bad, and it may be polluted..
It looks like a good idea (to space the chlorella). I used to take chlorella 6x a day, in my worst days.
Spacing it every 2- 2.5 hours or so was ideal. 3 hours was already too much (I felt toxins rising before I took chlorella). 4 hours was way off (I kept crashing during the day with ups and downs). That is why I decided to make the 2.5 hours interval.
I also interchanged with MSM powder, which I still love.
As for 13 years, that is when I started. It never stopped. I guess our exposure to heavy metals and toxins do not stop, so if we stop trying to grab these toxins, they sort of overwhelm the body at a certain point.
Most of us with ES cannot detox well, and that is probably the main reason we fell ill with it.
the more I detox (also from viruses, parasites, EMRs, pesticides, etc), the better I feel. I get more focus, more concentration, more energy just when I concentrate on detoxing...
Did you try juice fast? I have a Dr Colbert book on toxins that recommends juice fasting as the best. I just do normal juice and eat food too, but seems like a good idea because juice helps the body feel better while also pushing toxins out.
My neighbor had big health problems and I gave him some carrots, told him to make juice every day if he wants to get better. He did it for about 2 months every morning now and he says he feels great, his problems mostly went away. He's still making it every day.
I should be doing this too.. Most I did was a few days in a row then got lazy.
