Best diet for ehs sufferers?

sake
If any have any opinions or experience on this subject please share. Will a normal diet adviced by the authorities do or do we need a special diet?

Very good question.  I never seen a EHS diet yet..but we can probably come up with one based on the evidence of what could cause it and what nutrients are beneficial.

Make sure you're not allergic to anything you're eating, like gluten, or dairy. I was allergic to gluten for years until I figured it out..  dairy is easy to find out.

The gluten free society says it could cause nerve damage, which could be the cause for EHS..(a lot of could) but basically, one or two weeks without gluten and you will know because you will feel an improvement, or no difference.

i have found that water-based foods work best for me:
fruits, vegetables - and lots of zero water as well.
i add back liquid minerals but don’t drink tap water.
especially no chlorinated, fluoridated water -
both are poisons.
stacks of water in gallon jugs apparently blocks some radiation.
when i get dehydrated, i am especially vulnerable to EMF.
love, patricia

Yeah Patricia,
I have read that salt water attenuates - as they say- microwaves - and others - far more than
fresh . So surrounding yourself with gallons jugs of sea water, or salty water, should make a big difference.

Immersion in the microwaves is the problem - good to get out into a wood and put feet in peat, dunk head in a lake of pond or river or sea. Trees are very good too. Anywhere the insane virus of unnatural electric
mayhem doesn't get to twist all the air and atmosphere into a crazy suffering pretzel - is good to be.Stay an hour - pushing past your busy bug need to get going and doing . If you are in a relatively pure place
you should find it easy to remain unsnared by depressive thoughts you carry around or habitual hopelesness .     After an hour you should find you can find much clearer thoughts about how to
do something constructive and useful even with the ubiquitous craziness now even vibrating the air. And then, keep coming back. You can catalogue little steps of progress between one visit to the wood s and the next.     The woods are the truth - so to speak . The crazy frazzled, driven, herd like stampede of the wireless society is the illusion and the lie; and the idea that it will win out in the end and in the long run, is the lie. Its overbearing arrogance is a facade which dissolves in the quite penumbra of the wood.

i use mega-mag from traceMinerals and put about 7 drops per pint - 14 drops per quart of zero water.
(zero water is a filtering system).  seems to be working well.  cramps have pretty much gone away.
but i’d use the same amount of plain liquid minerals from traceMinerals.
this version is heavy in magnesium… which i need to prevent cramps.

Did someone say "igloo"? i have stumbled on this web site because i was searching for a emf protective camping tent. The prices a bit nuts but it gives an idea what one can look for, those with severe symptoms maybe this can help...[hidden email]

I have also found that my juicer is my best friend when it came to fighting my virtigo, later i found that a blender is half the cleaning effort,. living in the country helps with a more nutrient dense diet thanks to the tools mentioned above(juicer/bleander). On real bad days if i made a big pitcher of juice from raw vegetables, of (2apples 2pears small-pineapple piece-of-ginger 2redbeats 2oranges 2cucumbers crapload-of-carrots, sometimes spinach,,, i think thats it). Day to day i mixed these in one order or another depending on my taste for that day and i felt clear like never before. All this was done before i conected the dots of my symtoms and the condition of "rf-hs" so i thought i was fighting some sort of heart desise, but i knew that this concoption in one way or another cleared me up... also i stayed away from sodium and meat (not entirely though),.

All this was done over a number of weeks in the mornings (after nightshift work) because its amazing the things we do when fighting for our lives, it was the best i ever felt.
