#1 food that has helped your ES most?

Romana
What are the food that has helped your ES most?

For me I believe and feel it's fresh or cold pressed orange juice. Don't know why, maybe it's the C-vitamin in it that gets the copper and other things out?

Try WILD blueberries. I find them frozen in the supermarket.

I mix them with cherries or other berries when I want to vary the juice taste.
They make an incredible juice, my brain feels like being connected to an energy power source!

I learned that with the Medical Medium book.

Another one that gives me such an effect is acai juice. Amazing refreshing feeling.

And coconut water, not the ones made by concentrate, but the pure coconut juice.

Orange juice, freshly pressed, I love that too. But lemon feels even better (I guess, due to electrolytes?).

I forgot to say: munching celery sticks also feels divine. It cleans the liver, and helps with natural electrolytes. The taste is salty. It takes me 2 celery stalks to feel the full effect. I'm very thin, though.

maybe bigger people would need more than 2 stalks?

According to Anthony William the celery should be taken on an empty stomach without anything else, no ice, no salt, no blueberries, no carrots, you name it, anything you add will spoil the benefits.
Most juicers are crap, but he recommends some juicers, which happen to be the typical ones the rawfood community seems to like as well :
https://www.medicalmedium.com/blog/best-juicers-for-celery-juice#
And here both the spirit that guides Anthony and these rawfood-folks make a totally over the top ridiculous mistake :
they include the Tribest Greenstar slowjuicer, out of which anything but raw food will flow.
It uses extraordinary strong magnetic fields to mess up with it on a molecular level.
These special salt clusters in celery Anthony is talking about probably won't survive this unnatural and insane treatment either.
I explained the whole thing to a raw food shop half a year ago, the owner thanked me for the information and continued her business as usual ( still sells the damned machine ).
Anthony is not even approachable, one has to speak to his spirit directly in some way or other.
What i also find annoying are recommendations for supplements in utterly stupid terms ( probably aimed at the mostly rather uneducated population of the u.s.a . ) like "a dropperfull daily", a quantity which seem to refer to certain online recommended products that are in my view often unnecessary expensive and that may not even exist anymore in a few years.
One has to find and check his webpage with recommendations,
https://www.medicalmedium.com/preferred/supplements
, and calculate the dose and not forget to write it down in the book, before it is too late.
Anyway, why exactly are these "greenstar" juicers pretty obviously a bad idea ? Read this and if desired save the page :
http://www.alanmuskat.com/articles/stay-away-from-green-juicers/
It is an old article, simple and reasonable, but the raw food community prefers to not pick up on it.
Same story as the instance of  these stetzerfilters in the world of building biologists, a marriage between braindead ideologists and shrewd businesspeople, well, that process somehow seems to happen often within a same person, which is an amazing feat.
I personally do not use juicers because the manyfold weaker magnetic field from a more regular one is still quite heavy.
Of course it should have some sort of timer, so that you can at least step back when it runs.

Re: #1 food that has helped your ES most?

Jinna
Well, Anthony includes celery in many of his recipes. I just did a salad in mason jars, from his thyroid book, and the sauce uses ground celery.

As for high magnetic fields, I have no idea. You may be right, of course.

But I also LOOK for high magnetic fields of Tesla coils to support my body.
I crave magnetic fields, and have been using 2 devices with coils for some time, now. The Tesla wand, the violet ray or D'Arsonval high frequency device I use for many years, and I love that.

If I could, I would buy something like Tesla lights or anything similar, because I have an intuition these specific magnetic fields heal.

I also use a small device with pulsed magnetic fields, the Biomedici, that I love. It does help me and husband to get a much deeper level of sleep.

Now not all magnetic fields are healthy, I agree.

I still do my juice in my blender and use a cheese cloth to strain it. It's not perfect, but I'm thinking to buy a slow juicer soon. Thanks for explaining about different models.

As for recommendations of amounts, forget about it.

Just put yourself in his place, where he has to give recommendations for people of more than 100kg and others like me, that are struggling to keep on 40 kg.

Men and women don't usually take the same quantity, nor a 12 year old and a 65 year old person.

If you read his books, you'll see he speaks to the great public. He is not someone with high studies either, and the public he wants to reach are usually extremely sick and have all sorts of background.

when I was extremely sick, I could not understand any book, nor the newspaper, nothing anymore. My brain understood words, but I could not find the meaning.

He is aiming people with terrible brain fog and fatigue, so he's gotta keep simple, I suppose.

That is why I did not go into his first book, because it sounded crap, I have to tell you.

I bought book number 2, of foods, it was a bit better, but then I forgot about him.

Only recently , I decided to buy Liver Rescue after reading a few parts in google books. Then I ordered both the Thyroid and the Liver book. The liver book is the best so far.

It explains the whole background of his suggestions much better. That is why almost no one reads it thoroughly: too hard for the great public. Many say they never read books and buy the audio book instead.

So that's when you see the level... Some people come to him and they have only 50 dollars to feed their whole family for a week. So he gives some healthy suggestions on what the person can buy with that money...

I read most of Stefan Buhner's books, who is the 'opposite' of Anthony, who will come with loads of science and papers behind, thousands of papers, he has extensive knowledge of the botanic, biochemistry and bacterial behaviour, etc. Then he recommends dosages, specific products sometimes, how to produce your tinctures, decoctions, etc.

Well, all that info served to me just for entertaining my brain. Very amusing.

The moment I tried any of the MINIMAL dosage he recommended, I felt like dying. Total crash. So dosage is something just theoretical, it's just something to make people feel safe to give the first step.

As with EHS, no two people react the same to same treatments. No 2 people feel the same symptoms from the same exposure of radiation.

You gotta then try, and see. It's always try and error, unfortunately.

But really, if you put yourself in his place, he who wants to reach millions of people, what would you do? In his previous books, he gave barely any dosage. But people keep asking him, so in the most recent books, he decided to write dosage.

If you are in the health field of alternative treatments as long as I have been, I know that I can't follow anyone concerning which dosage, what combinations, what reactions, nothing.

While some people need 20 capsules / day of the same product (like good quality zinc), others like me had to start with 1/6 of a capsule 2 times a week. If I took that 1/6 of a capsule 3x a week, I fell down with fevers, headaches, joint pain, extreme fatigue and had to be in bed for days.

Re: #1 food that has helped your ES most?

Certain frequencies will be healthy, nourishing, harmonizing, supportive in whatever way, but man-made ones are likely just missing the right wave-forms and -lengths and may be combined with "dirt" or not combined with the proper co-frequencies.
I do not trust any of these smart devices, the level of understanding of the workings of the universe that humans possess is simply too superficial and partial to garantee desirable results when we attempt to improve the world ( which may not even exist the way we perceive it, but that on a footnote ).
Apart from theory, both our guts and common sense can tell that "greenstar" juicers are bad news, whether or not raw food specialists promote and/or sell them.
By the way, i came across some funny utter b.s. here : https://science.howstuffworks.com/mri6.htm
Anthony William and Stephen Harrod Buhner are indeed opposites within the alternative healthcare field.
I abhor the popular approach in the talk of Anthony William, his flirting with the jetset and the glossiness of his hard-cover books ( like magazines )
Together with the splitting of pages into two columns, it gives me truly a headache, in fact i never read more than 5 minutes at a time and have trouble to absorb the info, this lay-out may be designed to please people that are used to read on a smart-phone only.
So as soon as a paperback edition of Liver Rescue becomes available, i will get that and get rid of that disgusting glossy hardcover.
I also dislike the flirting of Stephen Buhner with the academical reality, the latest and most problematic religion people have fallen prey to as far as my knowledge of belief-systems goes.
They disagree certainly on the topic of Lyme disease, my gamble is that the spirit guide of Anthony knows a bit more right than all these silly, arrogant medical eggheads together.
Suggestions for dosages are helpful, it is for the average person, including myself, not easy to find a proper dosage.
However these should be given in a range and in clear and lasting terms of course.

Re: #1 food that has helped your ES most?

Jinna
As for all devices being bad for us, I don't agree with that.

Even if I do agree with you that the human mind is somehow small and can't know everything we need (such as full range frequencies), I also believe in inspiration and intuition.

The device I mentioned was probably created by Tesla, who created bad and good things (like X rays and MRI ancestors) but his Tesla coils do feel good - despite what one can think.

If you have read the stories about the Multi Wave Oscilator, you'll be wondering how all those miracle stories could be true, of cancer cures, for example. These high magnetic fields do something to the body, like reactivating some metabolic paths.

And I've been to a lecture of a professor here in Germany, who used these Tesla radio coils simply to transmit the info of cancer treatment to patients, and the treatment worked like magic to terminal patients (people that even don't walk anymore, full morphine, come walking to the treatment room for the 2nd treatment).

I also have experienced something with an infrared device that healed my lyme disease for good (also my daughter, that was in wheel chair too). She went back to kindergarten after 5 days, when doctors were telling me that she might lose her knee for life, if I stopped giving her antibiotics, which I did.

They were calculating at least 3 FULL weeks of DAILY intra-venal antibiotics, with possibility of cortison injections in her knee after, and were still not sure she would heal because her knee looked pretty bad.

Well, 5 days after the chief doctor told me she could lose her knee for life, well, there she was back to kindergarten, walking, playing, no more swollen knee.

Just after I did to her one treatment of less than 5 minutes, with light and nosodes.
Nothing ingested through the mouth.

No one would believe. Only I do because I'm a direct witness.

The same way I believe on the limitation of the human mind to comprehend this quantum world we are in, I also believe in intuition and inspiration, that make people create devices or treatments that do work.

At least, for some people.

A bit like Einstein, with his relativity theory, or any other visionaries, who made human knowledge give big steps, so suddenly.

Maybe, as you say, these frequencies do not have full range that the human body needs, but we are exposed to so much fake / bad radiation and frequencies, that luring the body sometimes with some Schuman resonance frequencies or other brain wave frequencies could come in help, in my opinion.

it's a bit like having the good frequencies close to you, so that they scream louder than electrosmog or bad magnetic fields from the wires in the walls...

Not a perfect solution, I agree, but I think that, if they help, why not using them like an aspirin pill?

Aspirin shouldn't IDEALLY exist, nor pain killers, because when the body is in pain, it is a sign something is wrong, so that we look for solutions.

We shouldn't cut pain with pain killers and go on living as though nothing is happening.
I mean, in theory.

But when the pain reaches levels that can lead someone to jump off a building, a pain killer can save a life.

Or when no one knows the cause of migraines, for example, and the person has to go on suffering for hours a day, for his whole life (I know a man who got migraines after injuring his spine and skull in accidents), well, these pain killers allow this person to go on living.

That's how I see such devices with 'helpful' magnetic fields. They create a noise that is more beneficial than the dirty smog surrounding us, a sort of tool for us to go on feeling things are not that bad, like an aspirin.

Both devices I mention are old, not high tech. The violet ray dates more than 100 years, and the Biomedici was based on the first model, I think it was created or based on the first models created by dr. Ludwig.

I was skeptic, until I felt what they do. Specially the violet ray.

------------------

Buhner has other books that have much less to do with hard core science.
I'm now into one, that feels more like poetry.

He's a special man, who can communicate with plants, for example.

I'm glad I have his other books too, because I thought I was going crazy at a certain point.

The human spirit is much bigger than what we are used to think.
For me, disease, extreme disease opened doors to this other dimensions of human experience.

I didn't know how big is this dimension, until I was fully into the experience.
No one taught me, it just happened.

It's as though I could access a sort of library of all past human experiences.

Then through direct experience, we can understand the origin of language, of communication, of how the ancient peoples found out their medicine through direct experience / contact, the real ecological function of everything that lives and exist in the planet around you.

So there is is: ANOTHER Stephen Buhner, a man who thinks plants are extremely intelligent and have the ability to communicate with man.

Nope, he's not a simple heartless scientist, I have to disagree with you on that point.

I'm glad I found his books on those subjects, at the exact moment I thought I was going crazy.

He may be not right about all the problem of lyme, and he said he's fed up writing about bacteria and chronic diseases, so probably he'll never write anything else on that sense and move back to his older type of books...

Anyway, I hope the Anthony's paperback versions come up sometime soon.
I also dislike the thick cover, as it makes it hard to carry it around.

BINGO Anthony William is defenitly saving lives with his "heavy metal detox smothie". and generally all of his books are packed with good information. my version of it that i do every day is (2 organic banannas, green magma powder, a 1/3 of bleanderfull of wild blueberries, and i load it all with the most organic apple cider i can find.. 64oz before lunch help me not only heal but to hold on to an electrical construction job,, (although the multiple cell towers at a current project are driving me into the ground,, 2 more months to go though woot woot!! Anthony is aproved by me :)

Uphillbattle! Glad you feel it's working.

for me, adding more of cilantro and red dulse, plus potatoes and loads of natural sugars (like honey, dates, maple syrup etc) made me feel grounded as I haven't ever been, since I first thought I reacted as EHS about 15 years ago...

I take the Heavy Met Det Smoothie regularly too! Are you on it? Today, I already took mine!

I'm doing more and more of his suggestions, it's getting easier with the time, and always getting things moving on.

Old problems seem to be 'awaken', part of detox, I suppose... but definitively, I feel I'm moving forward.

I don't even consider myself EHS anymore, as my husband reacts like me now (before I was the freaky one). Now we both react the same.

He obviously does NOT think he's EHS, he never bought into that story....

Hey Jinna i am curious what you

Think of this type of diet is

good for someone with ehs.Would

taking

Cilantro make something like this

work?

http://eugenia.queru.com/2013/12/11/dr-jack-kruses-epi-paleo-protocol-explained/

Mostly little fishes

Think klinghart said something

about fats protecting nerves

Perhaps there is a different way

The nerves are protected per

Williams

Also i have noticed while

Pricking my fingers with needles

to check blood sugar(not diabetic)

I noticed that the blood would be

thick and take awhile to get

enough to where i can get a

reading on the meter.I would

sometimes have to squeeze the

fingers to get it to come out.

Interesting

I tried intermittant fasting with soy milk

Protein powder, spirulana thrown in a blende
rice,beans,potato,figs 2x a day

and didnt feel to great

I live near the airport on atlanta jinna
and looking for ways to heal the cns

I know it will be tough going through the
airport.I think they may have 5g already or
will have in the near future.

Dr K mentioned that all airports in the us
have 5g

I have thought about going to a Woof organic
Farm here in the us Jinna.

This may mean that after joining the farm

All tne  us airports will be 5g and i will be

stuck.

I have contemplated going to the farms here

and getting away from the airport area or

leaving the country early with some little savings.

Physical and mental health is my number one

Priority as i am sure it is for many of you on here

as well

Anyways thank you Jinna

Appreciate your good work and insight

Re: #1 food that has helped your ES most?

Jinna
i like Jack Kruse, and sincerely, I was following more or less what he suggested before I found AW.

I too was on cow milk free but taking other milk products. And consuming fish more than other types of meats.
And on low carbs, low sugar (meaning not many fruits).

I never though stopped fruits. Never. I miss them so much. So keto-paleo never fit my body, so I sort of adapted to my body.

I never stopped eating meats in the past. Dr K used to say we all needed some animal protein, but in the last decade, he changed the idea (as he grew older, I suppose, and animal meats don't fit his body anymore?).

He now says that it's better to eat less meats, as far as I remember, but children may need more, when they are growing.

AW says very different things. No meat is preferable. If you decide to eat meat, just once a day would be best.

If you eat fish, take wild, but only smaller fish as bigger have more contamination.

Avoid pork and lamb (I guess, too fatty), and chicken may feed viruses, I think I heard him saying that once.

He's definitively on a NO EGG, no corn, no soya, no milk products (not even butter, not even goat / sheep) as they are like feeding viruses that destroy our immune systems, livers, CNS, thyroids, even brain.

He said MSG is one of the worst things for the CNS, and he's got a very long list about foods containing MSG. Anything labeled 'natural flavors' is probably MSG. So better avoid all ready-made products, in case of doubt...

I'm now more eating veggies and fruits, basically. I would eat a piece of meat here and there, if I'm cooking for others. But I feel I'm ready for the transition to a fully vegetarian diet. It's hard at first, but eating veggies/fruits clean my body, my skin, my liver feels very light compared to the whole last 15 years.

If the blood is thick, it means a few things: you aren't hydrating yourself well, it probably means too many thick oils in the diet (any meat is full of oil), it means the liver can't clean itself well as it needs the blood to wash itself, it means the kidneys are taxed, the heart is taxed... and it is a perfect place for the development of pathogens.

Every single person suffering from severe infections will probably have thick dark blood.
Some stuff like REchtsregulat or enzymes help thin the blood, but I think the best is to follow Anthony - cheaper, you get nutrition, you hydrate your blood, liver, heart, cells, thin your blood, change the whole blood pH to a basic one through nutrition etc.

It's still an ongoing experiment for me, but I used to eat like Jack Kruise recommends (not to the letter, but on that direction), and did not improve of many conditions... I could go on living, but I was still losing weight, still with more food allergies, mineral deficiencies, protein deficiencies...

What is reversing the tendency is AW's type of diet for me. Less allergies, more grounding feeling. Still with ups and downs though, but definitively moving forward.

Sorry to know you live near the airport. And scary situation... With radars, etc......

If you have the chance, go to the country side. I live in a very old farmhouse, very uncomfortable for most young people who prefer new buildings full of fumes and toxic paints.

I find my old place is much better, sincerely. We sometimes go look for other options, we never found anything better than our old place, where the first neighbor is across the street (and the other 3 facades are neighbor free).

It costs ridiculously cheap here: for the rent we pay, we would find only a small flat in the middle of Zurich.
No way. I can earth myself, when I'm outside barefoot in summer I felt practically zero EHS.

Re: #1 food that has helped your ES most?

Jinna
Anthony W recommends a lot of carbs in the form of CLEAN CARBS, such as leafy greens, potatoes, squash.

he does not think grains are the way to go either. But if you love grains and cant' stop, he said quinoa is best, then amaranth, then millet, then brown rice, in this order.

But if you have CFS like most people with EHS have, he said to try to avoid grains. I don't remember the reason (maybe they are nutrient poor, or hard to digest?).

Many grains feed pathogens too, such as corn and soya, same as milk products and eggs.

What is different with anthony is that he recommends fruits, sweet fruits, dry fruits, in any amount. No restriction.

Whatever you like, eat that and more. He said that at first, if blood is thick, glucose won't go anywhere, as it is stuck in the blood, can't go into cells due to insulin resistance.

Fats create insulin resistance, not glucose. He said we crave glucose, the brain needs glucose, the liver needs it, the nerves need, our cells need glucose. The reason we get insulin resistant is that we eat too much fats, he said, so that glucose can't be pushed inside cells by insulin.

It's not only Anthony's view: there are MDs supporting that theory, jsut google, you'll find (that fats create diabetes, not sugar).

So that is the main different point for Anthony: he recommends glucose (not table sugar, not any powder sugar), but glucose found in fruits and veggies. he said we are starving for glucose.

I found a Chinese study with MILLIONS of people about the consumption of fruits. The more people consumed fruits, the less diabetes and cardio-vascular diseases they had.

That huge study confirmed what Anthony and some MDs said.

ps.

"I don't even consider myself EHS anymore, as my husband reacts like me now (before I was the freaky one). Now we both react the same. "

isint it funny how, when you get better and you see other people reacting to it while they dont even notice it or are willing to admit ehs (mostly family and loved ones),, but its like watching your whole world around you, and suddenly noticing that everyone around is on fire, burning and not realizing it, and as you grow and get better and better you see the fire spreading further and further, food for thought.

I've always done well with raw organic whey powder (on Amazon.com).  There are also
tablets called "PerfectAmino" that are supposed to have 99% amino acid utilization
