#1 food that has helped your ES most?

What are the food that has helped your ES most?

For me I believe and feel it's fresh or cold pressed orange juice. Don't know why, maybe it's the C-vitamin in it that gets the copper and other things out?

Try WILD blueberries. I find them frozen in the supermarket.

I mix them with cherries or other berries when I want to vary the juice taste.
 They make an incredible juice, my brain feels like being connected to an energy power source!

I learned that with the Medical Medium book.

Another one that gives me such an effect is acai juice. Amazing refreshing feeling.

And coconut water, not the ones made by concentrate, but the pure coconut juice.

Orange juice, freshly pressed, I love that too. But lemon feels even better (I guess, due to electrolytes?).

I forgot to say: munching celery sticks also feels divine. It cleans the liver, and helps with natural electrolytes. The taste is salty. It takes me 2 celery stalks to feel the full effect. I'm very thin, though.

maybe bigger people would need more than 2 stalks?
